    Bilberry Mousse

    February 13th, 2008Camping & Hiking 2 Comments »

BilberryThere is nothing easier than to cook Bilberry Mousse when you are living in a shelter of branches in a deep forest and have no chocolates, no candies, no cookies and no sweets. But you have sugar! I hope so.

Try to find a few eggs and, of course, try to gather bilberries as much as you can. You do not need anything more. Just put eggs, sugar and berries in a basin or something equal. And armed with a big fox or spoon you have to whip them.

When you will stop to see eggs, berries and sugar, but something white-blue-violet, you have to know, this is your Bilberry Mousse! The more bilberries the more violet color. Enjoy it =)

Photo: this is how bilberries look like. You better learn if they grow in your forest at all…
